Regular type xanthan gum

RXC 80F、   RXC 200F  The hydration is fast and the stability is good under high temperature, high-salt and acid-alkaline conditions. They are suitable for fast hydration food processing. When mixed with other ingredients, such as sugar, they can dissolve quickly in a short time. They are widely used in beverage, cake, bakery and daily chemical.

Transparency type and clarify type xanthan gum

RXCT 80F and RXCT 200F  (transparency type) is suitable for higher quality transparent beverages, condiment and cosmetics.

RXCT 80FC and RXCT 200FC (clarify type) has a bit lower transparency than transparency type.
